Hey, I’m Lindsey!

I'm a recruiting consultant and career coach. I help startups build teams that actually work, and I help shes, gays, and theys stop settling.

My mission: help people stop shrinking themselves and start taking up the space they've earned. Whether I'm building hiring strategy for a startup or coaching someone through their next career move, the work comes down to the same three things: clarity, confidence, and cutting out the shape shifting.
